Owners to consider the adoption of a change to the By-Laws that would
prohibit the renting or leasing of any Unit in the Hickory Grove Village Condominium
Community will take place at 6:00 PM on Thursday, March
23, 2023, at the South Line Fire Station located at 40 Boxwood Lane. Click here for a copy of the meeting notice and the proposed

The repair of the street light near 145 BWL is
awaiting scheduling by the contractor.
The next meeting of the Board of Managers is scheduled
for 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 120 BWL. Unit Owners are permitted to attend and
observe meetings of the Board of Managers.
