Until 2020, the Christ the King of East Aurora Council of the
Knights of Columbus met at Christ the King Seminary. Until that time, it served multiple parishes
and focused on supporting the seminarians located there and from time to time
cleaning up the seminary grounds. Upon
the announcement of the closing of Christ the King Seminary, the council
relocated to Immaculate Conception Parish in East Aurora, and updated its
mission, which is to support:
† The spiritual enhancement of our members
† Priestly and religious
vocations, especially the seminarians of the Diocese of Buffalo
† The needs of the
Immaculate Conception Parish, in consultation with its Pastor
† The stated intentions of
the Supreme Council, the New York State Council, and the Western New York
Chapter of the Knights of Columbus
